PREFER “BEING GOOD” OVER “LOOKING GOOD”
In the era of competition, everyone is running behind the excellence. We human beings are always attracted towards the things which are fascinating and more importantly appreciated by society. Appearance could be of two types: the one that is God gifted, and second that you build. Sometimes people mix it up, they would not consider these two as different. In general, there are a few adjectives which defines key aspects of beauty, which are provided by God to us. Consider a lady with smooth skin, big eyes, shiny hair, good height, fair color complexion and facial symmetry but poor at work. On the other hand, imagine a person entering a seminar or workshop with polished shoes, ironed clothes, good smell, hair neatlyset, having a charming smile and outstanding in his work. This sounds very refreshing. This is another kind of beauty you can shape. Even if you wear simple and casual clothes but maintain cleanliness, your smell, your freshness, your hair, it would still attract people around you. The difference between these two phases help you to understand the thin line between beauty and smartness. It is significant to raise a charming personality, how you are behaving and how perfectly you are doing your job.
The bridge between being good and looking good is Feeling Good. In the race of achieving good academics, career and luxurious lifestyles all of us are very busy and stressed. To relieve stress and ready to work with full enthusiasm every morning, feeling good is extremelynecessary. A chemical named dopamine that is responsible for feeling good is secreted when you see attractive visuals, sit with amiable persons or while listening to cheerful music. You can feel good by prioritizing being good over looking good, be very gentle to yourself, include healthy habits like diet, exercise or a walk in your routine. Don’t be crazy to win other’s appreciations, as such crazy energies might imbalanceyou. Stop seeing yourself from other’s eyes. So, looking good is not the only way to Feel Good.
