 चिन्ता

चिन्ता एक सामान्य मानवीय स्वभाव माना जाता है परंतु एक मानसिकबीमारी है जो इंसान को कमजोर डरपोक बनाती है।

 

 सकारात्मक रूप से लेने पर चिंता एक बहुत शक्तिशाली उत्प्रेरक है जोलक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में सहायक हैपरंतु अत्यधिक चिंता करने पर इसकाप्रभाव शरीर स्वभाव पर दिखने लगता है और मनुष्य वास्तव में बीमार होजाता है।

चिंता क्या है ..

मनुष्य में भविष्य की घटनाओं के बारे में सोचने की अद्भुत क्षमता होती है जबयह विकृत रूप में  जाती है तो यह चिंता बन जाती हैअर्थात यदि हमभविष्य की घटनाओं का  अनुमान लगाते हैं और उसके प्रभाव से डरते हैं तोयह चिंता होती हैचिंतित व्यक्ति भविष्य में होने वाली घटनाओं के परिणामको सोचकर डरने लगता है और शारीरिक मानसिक रूप से कमजोर हो जाताहै 

 

चिंता के विभिन्न प्रकार हो सकते हैं जैसे 

वास्तविक चिंता जो मोटिवेशन का काम करती है जिसके लिए हमें सावधानरहना चाहिए 

काल्पनिक चिंता इस चिंता में हम जो संभावना मात्र है उससे डरते हैं औरघबराने लगते हैं 

सामान्य  रूप से चिन्ता आपको अपना लक्ष्य पाने में मदद करती हैपरअत्यधिक चिंता मनोबल गिराने का कार्य करती है।

 

 चिंता से बचने के उपाय 

चिंता का समाधान करना आवश्यक है इससे बचने के लिए जीवन कीप्राथमिकताएं स्पष्ट में रखनी चाहिएकोई भी बात आपकी मानसिक शांतिसे महत्वपूर्ण नही जो सकती है।

 ज्यादा चिंता होने पर विचार करे इस चिंता के कारण बुरा से बुरा क्यापरिणाम हो सकता है उस परीणाम के लिए तैयारी रखें  और चिंता करनाछोड़ दीजिए।

चिंता करने के लिए निश्चित समय देनाचिंतित होने के लिए एक निश्चितसमय निर्धारित करेइसके बाद दिन भर इस विषय पर विचार ना करे। सुबहदौड़ते हुए यह करना सबसे सही हैइस समय आप आसानी से चिंता कासमाधान प्राप्त कर लेगे।

)अपने सांसों की गति को नियंत्रित करना तथा दोस्तो  मेंसामाजिक कार्योंमें ज्यादा समय देने से भी चिंता की समस्या कम होती है।

 एक किसी चिंता के विषय में विचार करें कि मुझे जिस बात की चिंता है वहवास्तविक समस्या  क्या हैमै इसका समाधान कर सकता हूं  यदि नहीं करसकते हैं तो यह बात भगवान पर छोड़ दे कोई चिंता ना करे क्योंकि जिसेबदला ना  सके ,उसे स्वीकार करना ही समझदारी है। 

आप कुछ कर सकते हैं तो क्या कर सकते हैं वह कार्य कीजिएअपनासर्वश्रेष्ठ उपाय कीजिए और फिर चिंता करना छोड़ दीजिए।

"यावत जीवेत सुखम जीवेत"

आपको यही एक शरीर जीवन भर चलाना है अंत इसे स्वाथ्य और सुखीरखना आपकी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
