Importance of Thoughts in Development of Personality by Prof. Amrita Pandya, Department of Computer Science, SICA College, Indore

Importance of Thoughts in Development of Personality   Hello friends,  My aim is to work on thought process before body language or personality development, because I believe that 60% of your personality development is based on strong thoughts, 10% on confidence level, rest 30% depends on your body language... Love is an experience that never lets a man lose, and hate is an experience that never lets a man win. A successful person is always motivated to achieve something good and not to defeat someone. The most expensive thing in life is your present which if once gone, then we cannot buy it even with the wealth of the whole world. We have to decide for ourselves where we find ourselves in all these situations. Companion has a lot of effect, just as a person has to live among people, he starts getting into the same structure, the impression of the qualities and demerits of his companions is easily felt, but the most effect is the mental fellowship, the way it is established in the mind

The meaning of Life By Prof. Sarvesh Mishra , SICA College, Indore

The meaning of Life The meaning of life is that it is completely devoted towards the great goal. Every moment of life should be lived in such a way that tomorrow, when we look back on that moment, we should not be ashamed, life is a long series of problems.  It gives birth to anxiety and guilt, it challenges our courage and infuses courage in us to face them, it hurts and teaches us something, so do not run away from problems, welcome them. Since the problems are endless, therefore the story of progress is the name of a continuous process, life is like a constant flow like the river, which collides with the rocky shores to complete the journey to the ocean (goal), life is not a name to stay.  The law of nature is to either go ahead or be ready to perish. Don't run away from life, stay awake in life. The goal is achieved, Karma Shakti is dispersed as soon as the focus is on the fruit. By focusing the inner 'Karmshakti Punj' on the target, like Arjuna, one has to focus only

"Truth vs. Fact" by Prof. Vagmita Dubey, Department of Commerce, SICA College, Indore

Truth vs. Fact I f we search the dictionary, it says that the truth is same as fact. Although, the Truth may not be a fact. And a fact may not necessarily be the truth. A fact is something that we know to be true. Some incident we witnessed or someone informed about something. But, a fact may not always be the truth. But our own experiences are always our truth. On my recent stay at a resort on the bank of river Narmada and amidst the Narmada hills in the outskirts of Indore, I experienced something splendid. At midnight, while sitting by the river gazing at a tall tree, the leaves of which were swaying with the flow of the wind, I realised how every other life than the human life is fully exposed to the possibilities and the risk of survival at the same time. Human life is illusory. We live in our illusions, our world is so secure, we have been confined to our comfort zones. I realised that every other creature is so different than us. They are fully exposed to life and to all the ris

Importance of Practical Learning by Prof. Jitendra Choudhary, Department of Journalism & Mass Communication, SICA College Indore

Importance of Practical Learning  When I was a student, in my Journalism class my teacher once told me, "Karne ki Kala hai, kar kar ke aaegi"&.  It refers to “learning through doing.”  Today's education system is more inclusive than before. One can not be totally dependent upon books and theories for learning. There has to be a perfect blend of both theory and practical for a student to be industry ready.  There are times when even after attaining Master's Degree, it's difficult to land your first job. Even after Post Graduation students somewhere appear like they are still not ready for the industry. There are certian things which are not in our control like the state of economy or recession. But there are many things which are in our control like becoming rightful holder of that job by making ourself skilled. If you have done Engineering in Computer Science and you still don't know programming, then you should not be blaming others for your unemploymen
